We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item can be opened but must have all the items intact.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at to inform us that you would like to return your product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- After we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a shipping address and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that personalized items are custom-made to order and are not eligible for returns unless the product is defective or we have made an error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@tigerkubz.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within a certain number of days of us receiving the returned item. Please allow 5 business days upon receipt of the item for the credit to appear on your statement.
